Sales Buyer & Vendor Dashboards
Sales Buyer & Vendor Dashboards
Version 0.1.40 introduces fully self-service dashboards for property buyers and vendors using the myProp portal. These views connect directly to the AgentOS API to surface real-time sales data and enable two-way interactions between clients and their estate agency.
Who These Dashboards Are For
| User Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Buyer | A prospective purchaser who has had viewings arranged or made offers on a property listed by the agency. |
| Vendor | A property owner who has instructed the agency to market and sell their property. |
Buyer Dashboard
The buyer dashboard gives purchasers a clear view of their sales journey without needing to call their agent.
Features
Purchase Situation Tracking
Buyers can monitor the current status of their purchase through the portal. Key milestones and progression stages are displayed so buyers always know where they stand in the transaction.
Offer Submission
Buyers can submit offers on properties directly within the portal. This removes the need for phone or email-based offer communication and creates a clear record of submitted offers.
Viewing Feedback
After a property viewing has taken place, buyers can log in to the portal to review any feedback recorded by the agency. This provides transparency and keeps buyers informed between agent conversations.
Vendor Dashboard
The vendor dashboard provides property sellers with visibility into their instruction and sales progress.
Features
Property Listings
Vendors can view their active property listings, including the details associated with each property being marketed by the agency.
Instruction Management
Vendors can browse and manage their sale instructions. Where multiple instructions exist, vendors can switch between them using the instruction selection feature (see below).
Viewing Feedback
Vendors can review feedback submitted following viewings arranged on their property. This keeps vendors informed about buyer interest and any concerns raised during viewings.
Shared Navigation & UX
Sidebar Navigation
Both buyer and vendor account views include a persistent sidebar. The sidebar provides quick access to all sections within the relevant dashboard without requiring users to return to a top-level menu.
Instruction Selection
For users associated with more than one sales instruction, an instruction selector is available. This ensures the portal displays data specific to the selected property instruction. Users can switch between instructions at any time.
