Landlord Portfolio Management View

The Landlord Portfolio Management View gives landlords a single, structured dashboard to oversee their entire property portfolio — from tenancy details and rent arrears to maintenance jobs and financial statements — without needing to contact their letting or estate agency directly.

Overview

Once logged in as a landlord, you are presented with the Portfolio Management View, which organises your properties and their associated data in a clear hierarchy. All data is pulled in real time from the AgentOS platform via the letmc.com API.

Features

Property Portfolio Structure

The dashboard presents your portfolio as a structured list of properties. Each property entry acts as the parent node, with associated tenancies, financials, and maintenance jobs grouped beneath it. This makes it straightforward to navigate between multiple properties without losing context.

Individual Tenancy Management

For each property, you can view the individual tenancies associated with it, including:

Tenant names and contact references
Tenancy start and end dates
Current tenancy status (active, ending, expired)
Direct links to tenancy-level actions

Rent Arrears Tracking

The arrears section provides a summary of any outstanding rent balances:

Overdue balance amounts shown per tenancy
Visual indicators to flag accounts that require immediate attention
Arrears data sourced live from AgentOS, ensuring figures are always up to date

Maintenance Oversight

Maintenance jobs across all your properties are surfaced directly in the portfolio view:

A per-property summary of open and in-progress maintenance jobs
Job status displayed alongside the relevant property
No need to navigate away from the portfolio dashboard to check maintenance status

Financial Reporting

Financial data for each property is accessible from within the portfolio view:

Income and expenditure summaries per property
Statements drawn from live AgentOS financial data
Useful for at-a-glance review of property performance

Navigation

Sidebar Navigation (Desktop)

The landlord portal includes a responsive sidebar that provides structured navigation across all portfolio sections:

Portfolio overview
Properties and tenancies
Finances
Maintenance

The sidebar is visible on desktop and tablet viewports and collapses gracefully on smaller screens.

Mobile Dropdown Navigation

On mobile devices, the sidebar is replaced by a dropdown navigation menu, giving the same access to all portal sections in a thumb-friendly, compact format. This ensures the full landlord experience is available regardless of the device being used.

Data Source

All portfolio data — tenancies, arrears, maintenance jobs, and financials — is retrieved in real time from the AgentOS (letmc.com) API. The portal does not store a local copy of this data; it reflects the live state held by your letting or estate agency.

Availability

The Portfolio Management View is available to all users with a landlord account type. If you manage properties through an agency powered by AgentOS and do not yet have portal access, contact your agency to request an invitation.
