The Active Tenant Dashboard is now available in myProp. It gives tenants a single, authenticated view of everything related to their tenancy — without needing to call their letting agency.
This release connects the tenant portal directly to the AgentOS platform, surfacing real-time tenancy data and enabling two-way interactions between tenants and their managing agents.
What's Included
Tenancy Details
Tenants can see key information about their current tenancy, including:
- Tenancy start and end dates
- Rent amount and payment terms
- Tenancy agreement summary
All data is pulled directly from AgentOS in real time.
Property Information
The dashboard displays property-level details for the tenant's rented address, giving them a clear and always-up-to-date reference for their home.
Managing Agent Contacts
Tenants can view the contact details of their assigned managing agent from within the portal. This reduces friction for both the tenant and the agency — tenants get the information they need without having to call in.
Maintenance Requests
Tenants can submit and track maintenance requests directly from the dashboard.
How it works:
- Navigate to the Maintenance section on the tenant dashboard.
- Submit a new request by describing the issue.
- The request is logged against the property in the maintenance system.
- Track the status of open and past requests from the same section.
This feature integrates with the existing myProp maintenance system used by agencies and contractors.
Payments
A dedicated Payments section is available on the dashboard, integrated with the payment requests system. Tenants can:
- View outstanding payment requests
- Review payment history
- Take action on pending requests
This reduces manual payment chasing for agencies while giving tenants clear visibility of what is owed and when.
Document Access
Tenants can access tenancy-related documents from a central location on the dashboard. This includes any documents the agency has made available for that tenancy through AgentOS.
Who Is This For?
The Active Tenant Dashboard is available to active tenants — clients with a current, live tenancy managed by an agency running on the AgentOS platform. Access is granted through the tenant-facing myProp portal, authenticated per agency.
