Personal Settings & Notification Preferences

The personal settings panel lets each user manage their own profile, credentials, and notification preferences. Settings are user-scoped — changes here affect only your account and have no impact on company-wide configuration.
Accessing personal settings
Click your initials avatar in the top-right corner of the application to open the personal settings panel. The panel is divided into three sections:
Edit Profile
The Edit Profile section allows you to update your personal information:
- Name — Update your display name as it appears throughout the application.
- Contact details — Edit your contact information associated with your account.
Click Save to apply changes.
Password Management
The Password Management section provides self-service password changes without requiring administrator involvement.
Changing your password
- Open the personal settings panel via your initials avatar.
- Navigate to the Password Management section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Update Password to save.
Note: You will remain logged in after a successful password change.
Notification Preferences
The Notification Preferences section lets you control which events trigger notifications and through which channels (email and/or in-app) you receive them.
Available notification channels

Configurable events

| Task assignments | Notifies you when a task is assigned to you |
| Offer status changes | Notifies you when an offer you are involved with changes status |
| Renewal alerts | Notifies you when a renewal deadline is approaching |
| Compliance warnings | Notifies you when a compliance issue requires your attention |
Configuring your preferences
- Open the personal settings panel via your initials avatar.
- Navigate to the Notification Preferences section.
- Toggle email and/or in-app notifications on or off for each event type.
- Click Save preferences to apply your changes.
Each event can be independently enabled or disabled per channel — for example, you can enable in-app alerts for task assignments while disabling email alerts for the same event.
Scope & permissions
- All personal settings are user-scoped: changes affect only your own account.
- These settings are independent of any company-wide or administrator-level configuration.
- Any user with an active account can access and modify their own personal settings.
