CRO Compliance Tracker
The CRO Compliance Tracker (/dashboard/omc/cro-compliance) gives property management agents a single view of CRO (Companies Registration Office) annual return deadlines across all OMCs in their portfolio.
Note (v1.0.109): This page was previously called the "CRO Filing & PSRA Licence Tracker". PSRA licence columns, filters, and the Update PSRA modal have been removed. The page now focuses exclusively on CRO filing status.
Summary Stats
The top of the page shows five at-a-glance counters:

|---|---|
| Total OMCs | Number of developments with OMC details |
| CRO Overdue | Developments whose annual return is past its due date |
| Total Alerts | Sum of overdue, critical, and warning CRO statuses |
| Up to Date | Developments with a CRO status of "ok" |
| Missing Data | Developments with no CRO details recorded |
CRO Status Levels
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
overdue | Annual return due date has passed |
critical | Due within a short window (e.g. ≤ 30 days) |
warning | Due within a medium window |
ok | Return is up to date |
Marking a Return as Filed
Use the Mark as Filed action on any row to record that an annual return has been submitted. This updates the croLastFiledDate and recalculates the next due date.

The tracker is accessible from the Property section of the sidebar under CRO Compliance. The legacy URL /dashboard/psra redirects here automatically.
