Overview
Every compliance action performed in the platform is now automatically recorded in a persistent audit trail. This gives property managers, agents, and compliance officers a complete, chronological record of all compliance activity across their portfolio.
What Is Logged
All compliance-related actions are captured, providing a structured history that can be reviewed at any time. This includes actions taken by any user within your organisation.
Why It Matters
Residential block management is subject to ongoing regulatory obligations. A reliable audit trail:
- Demonstrates due diligence to regulators and building owners
- Supports internal compliance reviews and sign-offs
- Provides an accurate record in the event of a dispute or inspection
- Helps teams understand what was done, by whom, and when

- Persistent: Audit records are retained for the lifetime of your account and are not editable after the fact.
- Automatic: No manual steps are required — all qualifying compliance actions are logged without any configuration.

Getting Started
The compliance audit trail is enabled by default for all accounts on v0.14.0 and above. No setup is required.
To view the audit trail, navigate to the Compliance section of your dashboard and select Audit Trail.
Notes
- Historical actions taken prior to upgrading to v0.14.0 will not appear in the audit trail.
- Access to the audit trail may be subject to your organisation's role and permission settings.
