OMC Management
OMC Management
The OMC Management section (/dashboard/omc) lets agents manage the Owners' Management Company (OMC) details for each development, including company registration data, VAT status, and statutory compliance.
OMC Detail Page
Each development's OMC detail page is divided into sections. As of v1.0.109 the sections are:
Company Details
- OMC name and CRO company number
- Company secretary
- Financial year end
- VAT registration status and VAT number
CRO Filing
- CRO annual return due date
- Last filed date
- Days until due / overdue indicator
MUD Act 2011
This section tracks compliance with the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011.

| MUD Act Compliant | Toggle indicating whether the OMC is currently compliant |
| MUD Act Last Review | Date of the most recent compliance review |
Changed in v1.0.109: This section was previously titled "PSRA & MUD Act 2011" and included PSRA Licence Number and PSRA Licence Expiry fields. Those fields have been removed. The section now covers MUD Act compliance only.
New Development Form
When creating a new development, the following OMC fields are collected:
- OMC Name
- CRO Company Number
- LPT Reference Number
Changed in v1.0.109: The PSRA Licence Number field has been removed from the new development form.
