This was listed as implemented in the feature manifest, but a codebase search finds no deal pipeline schema, no lead records table, no lead scoring router, and no corresponding UI page. The billing-schema.ts, crm-schema.ts, and support-schema.ts contain customers, health scores, and tickets — but nothing resembling a sales pipeline (stages, deals, prospects, lead scores). The 'implemented' claim appears to be a false positive — the feature may have been planned but not actually merged.
